Simon Finfer is one of the most eminent and influential academic intensivists in the world, an editor for the NEJM and one of the major drivers of the ANZICS CTG.
ANZICS CTG
The CTG is now one of the world’s largest and most successful critical care research networks, incorporating 73 Intensive Care Units and more than 600 clinicians and researchers. However it wasn’t always like that. When it started in 1994, it was just a small crew of dedicated and brilliant intensivists who knew they could and should challenge the status quo. Through a commitment to performing the clinical trials that could really change practice they changed the way critical care research is done.
Simon’s experience and perspective from being at the cutting edge of research over the last 20 years means this talk will be one not to miss.
