Nepean Hospital hosts the August SIN

Home Nepean Hospital hosts the August SIN
alt

What do you mean you’re staying in on Thursday night? Didn’t you know that Dr. Nhi Nguyen has cajoled a couple of her buddies to put on a show for you over dinner and a glass of wine in Parramatta? No? Then where have you been, coz Thursday night is ECHO night!

Head to “Inside Out” at 99 Phillip Street Parramatta for 6:30pm for some educational entertainment in the West.

Nepean Hospital’s ICU is well known for its active ECHO unit and there’s a fair amount of competition amongst trainees to try and secure the ECHO Fellow post, or even just land a standard registrar job, knowing that it’s a great place to skill up on RACE and other ultrasound  examinations.

So when several clinicians from Nepean offer to run an ECHO simulation session, it’s a session that you do not want to miss! Throw in some good food, fine wine and pleasant company and why would you even think of staying at home to eat pizza and watch another reality TV show.

And if that hasn’t grabbed your attention, Nhi is brining along a copy of Prof Anthony McLean’s latest opus on Critical Care Ultrasound to give away.

Come on! They’re going to probe your depths! You should already be on your way already!
