Mortality Probability Model (MPM) is another clinical scoring system to estimate the mortality risk, based on the patient condition and admission type.

Two different versions have been published : here is the version that should be used at day 1, 2 or 3 after the admission of the patient.

- Step 1 : tick the time at which the evaluaion is made (the parameter are recorded) on the radio buttons.

- Step 2 : enter Age of the patient, and select the type of admission in the drop-down menu.

- Step 3 : tick all the boxes that describe the patient's situation.

- Step 4 : click "Calculate" button
