Simple converter to calculate the equi-potent dose of a selected cortico-steroid derivate compared to any other derivate and dose.
Also gives information about the half-life of the selected drugs, to help adapting the prescription.

- Step 1 : select the steroid drug to be converted in the first drop-down list. The softwre will automatically display the pharmacocinetic data corresponding to the selected drug (half-life).
- Step 2 : enter the total (daily for example) dose (in mg) of the selected derivate received by the patient.
- Step 3 : select in the second drop-down list for which drug the equi-potent dose should be calculated. Again, the softwre will automatically display the pharmacocinetic data corresponding to this second selected drug.
- Step 4 : click "Calculate" button to determine the dose of the second drug, supposed to be providing the same "cortico-steroid" effect as the first drug and dose.
