Here’s a 10 min run down of why we’ve gone with the June dates, and why SMACC Chicago is not to be missed…

Last week we took one for the team and headed to Chicago for a week.
You may be relieved to know we didn’t go on the SMACC account!
We met up with some incredible people who are making SMACC happen in Chicago, such as Leon Gussow (The Poison Review) John Bailitz, Anna Bargren, Steve Aks, Rahul Patwari, Ejaaz Kalimullah.
We checked out the Arie Crown Theatre at McCormick Place and sweated blood to negotiate a good deal for SMACC…
It is truly amazing though.
We’ve also worked on the BIG issue of getting CME for our US delegates.
Don’t worry, the CME issue is in hand!
The Arie Crown is a spectacular performance space, combining a rich history with a stunning modern refurbishment. It’s hosted some legends ranging from Sinatra to Martin Luther King, Bob Dylan to JFK.
Suitable for SMACC then ? Here are our pics…
